Meet Howard!

Howard is a 5-year-old black-and-white gentleman who's still getting settled in at WSC. While we're still learning about his personality, he's been a sweet boy so far and has been enjoying the attention from our volunteers!

Howard is fully vetted - neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccines. His adoption fee is $80.
