This sweet and beautiful black and white kitty was left outside all alone and abandoned by previous owners who moved, and Icy was just wandering the neighborhood trying to survive ;( Icy wandered in to a neighbor's garage and with the horrible cold weather, she almost died until this neighbor found her and brought her to an emergency vet and then to Dr. Allen's and then to West Side Cats for a chance at finding a safe and warm forever home! Icy is so scared  right now and hiding in a cat tower, confused as to why she is in this strange place. Please won't you come in and meet her! Icy is so sweet.  She is fully vetted and up to date on all vaccinations, Adoption Fee is $70.
