Look at this little Panda Bear! As sweet as this 10yr. old kitty is...her story is so sad :( Beautiful black and white kitty Icy was left outside all alone and abandoned in the freezing cold temperatures by previous owners who moved, and she was just wandering the neighborhood trying to survive ;( Alone, cold and scared...with frozen to her skin fur...Icy wandered in to a neighbor's garage and with the horrible cold weather, she almost died until this neighbor found her and brought her to an emergency vet! This kind lady then reached out to West Side Cats where she was taken to be checked out by Dr. Allen's office and then brought into the shelter for a chance at finding a safe and warm forever home! Icy is so shy and scared right now and hides mostly during the open shelter hours in cat towers, confused as to why she is in this strange place. Please won't you come in and meet her! Icy...as cute as a little panda bear...is so sweet...she does NOT deserve what happened to her and deserves to be LOVED FOREVER!! She does not seem to mind the other friendly kitties in the rooms. A shelter is NO place for a 10 year old cat :( Icy is fully vetted and up to date on all vaccinations, Adoption Fee is $70.
