This sweet girl was recued from a kill shelter in Puerto Rico and flown to the United States to West Side Cats on  11/17/22 for a chance at finding a loving and forever home :) Phoebe is a petite cutie pie who loves to be petted and talked to! She likes to play and has a cute long tail about 12 inches long that curls like a question mark :))) Phoebe hangs out in the front office area and is just waiting for someone to come in and adopt her!
