Samantha was brought to WSC by a lady who rescued her from owner's home after she passed away. The deceased lady's children showed up at the house, took what they wanted of their mother's possessions and unfortunately, Samantha was not on the list. The neighbor who lived next door went and got Sam and brought her to our shelter. This was in November of 2019. It took Samantha awhile to trust and allow us to hold and comfort her. She is a petite little girl, and is now comfortable with being around people. She gets along with our other furbabies. Since she lived with an elderly woman and was the only pet, we feel she would do best in a family with older kids and probably no dogs. She might need an adjustment period. Her vet care has been updated and her adoption fee is $80.00. Samantha has had her world turned upside down and she needs a furever family to love, snuggle and make things right by her, could that be you?
